Decent hotel with all the basic amenities available. Breakfast is good and the hotel is centrally located to nearby places in Pondicherry. Overall no complains. Veg Food Options for North Indians are very less but this is the issue in entire Pondicherry. Overall a decent stay for a short visit

The hotel is having superb architecture, excellent artistic furniture, good paintings and good staff. The only problem is they don't serve food that we as hotel guests wish to eat. Masala dosa, Pongal etc that we love to eat in TN, is not available. We talked to the Operations Manager Mr. Rajkumar and he promised to ensure better F & B service.

Bad Service Standard of counter staff and poor hygiene

We had checked in this hotel for 5 nights on 2 different occasions in the same week in February 2024. We selected this hotel for our recent stay due to past experience in the previous years. However, we were totally disappointed with the service standards of the hotel and will never recommend anyone to choose this hotel. Security and counter staff were rude when we checked in after midnight and no one was at the reception. We had to wait for 15 mins before a staff attended to us. Do look out for the counter staff with the hood(head covering). He was rude. On our second occasion during that week, we noticed stains on the bedsheets on both our beds and when we told the staff about it, the person told us it was a laundry stain. A ridiculous reply instead of getting to change the bedsheet, Totally unacceptable. However we had a pleasant experience for the dining in for breakfast as the staff there was better. In conclusion, this hotel should never be considered for your stay.

We have stayed in the hotel for 3 days in Jan 2024. Bed spreads and pillow covers are not being changed daily. Wash room also not cleaned daily. Hair dryer and fridge are like at museum not working condition. Each and every item like cofee powder,soaps we have to request and get no refilling automatically.

Hoax while booking! Stay away from this place

Booked rooms for last week of December with the option to pay at hotel through Agoda. There was a random mail sent to pay and only then it will be confirmed and then suddenly now when I see it seems the booking is cancelled. I mean if you have an option of only to pay and book, keep that open and visible to all. Very cunningly you give these options and then after booking you ask to pay else cancel. Why give the option in the first place Absolutely disappointed!
